Building Decarbonization and Infrastructure Enhancement Project This comprehensive project is designed to decarbonize a significant portion of the building's heating network while substantially reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving overall energy efficiency. The initiative encompasses extensive plumbing, medical gas, heating-cooling, and ventilation work as part of Phase 1 of the expansion and modernization program. The scope of work includes the replacement of HVAC systems across multiple mechanical rooms throughout the facility, featuring the installation of new chillers, boilers, and associated accessories. Additionally, new ventilation equipment will be installed on the rooftop to enhance air quality and climate control capabilities. This project is executed as part of Phase 4, a major renovation initiative for the healthcare facility. The expansion project aims to increase bed capacity in several critical sectors of the hospital to accommodate demographic growth and evolving healthcare demands. All work is performed through specialized subcontracting arrangements to ensure expertise in plumbing, medical gas systems, heating-cooling solutions, and ventilation technologies, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the implementation process.
